COCKTAIL CONCOCTION: MELLIFIED MAN

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the following:

1.5oz Vodka

1oz Honey Lemon Simple Syrup**

Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Top with soda

**Like its namesake, this cocktail requires a little bit of preparation! Below is the recipe for the Honey Lemon Simple Syrup which can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 1 month.

In a saucepan combine the following:

1/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup White Sugar

Simmer (do not let it boil) for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a glass container.
