The Slaughtered Lamb
Made specifically for our Best of 2017 episode.
COCKTAIL CONCOCTION: THE SLAUGHTERED LAMB
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the following:
2oz Bourbon
.25oz Triple sec
.25oz Absinthe
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
Stir for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with Lemon peel
This cocktail is a riff on the Blarney Stone cocktail, which is why we named it for the pub in one of our favorite horror movies.
